How Long Have You Been In Business?

We have been making guitars for 15 years. We started in 2010.

What Humidity Levels Should I Keep My Guitar At?

You should keep your guitars and/or ukuleles between 40-45% (not exceeding 53%).

What Strings Do You Use?

We use D'Addario strings on our guitars and basses. On our ukuleles we use Aquila strings.

Where Are Teton Guitars Made?

Our guitars are designed in Idaho Falls, Idaho and manufactured by our partner factory in China.

What's The Best Cleaner For Satin/Matte Finishes?

Lizard Spit Never Gloss.

What's The Best Cleaner/Polish For Gloss Finishes?

We love using Dunlop products so we highly recommend Dunlop 65 guitar polish.

What Is The Nut Width On Your Guitars?

The nut width of our acoustic guitars is 43mm and 51mm on our classical guitars.

What Shape Are Your Guitar Necks?

Our Necks Are A Modern 'D' Shape Which is Extremely Comfortable To Play.

What Scale Lengths Do You Offer?

Our dreadnought, auditorium, grand concert, and classical guitars are all 25 1/2". The parlor and range guitar are 23 3/4".

What Electronics Do You Use?

In our acoustic guitars, we use the following systems:

  • Teton Blackboard (000 Series through the 105 series)
  • Fishman® Flex (110 Series through the 205 Series)

Do Your Guitars Come With Cases?

Most of our guitars do not come with cases or bags. The only models that include the gig bag are the 10 Series and range guitars.

What Tool Is Used To Adjust The Truss Rod?

A 4mm Allen wrench is used to adjust our truss rods. Please note: some truss rods may be recessed a bit further inside the soundhole than others.
